Approaching the Work:During the casting process I find it key to stay level-headed and approach my work with clear choices, unique perspective, and honesty. I always take into account both my craft and the team it takes to put on a film or stage production: agents, casting directors, directors, producers and the network. Above all, I allow myself to remain flexible to all ideas and suggestions; I am able to apply them due to discipline, training and experience.
